THERE refers to a place or location. E.g. The conference will take place there, in the main hall. THEIR shows possession, meaning that something belongs to someone. E.g. The employees are responsible for their own actions. THEY'RE" is a contraction of THEY ARE. E.g. They're scheduled to present their project to the board tomorrow.
