In Uk English, "practice" is a noun and "practise" is a verb.
British: Practise is a verb(doing word) and practice is a noun(naming word). American: only uses the word 'practice' so context matters.
In British English practise is a verb but in American English there is only "practice" with c , mostly people are spelling practice with c as a noun as well as for verb if you type practise you can see a syntax error so it's better to write it with c

The spelling varies based on whether you're writing in UK or US English. 🇬🇧 ONLY in UK English "practice" is the noun and "practise" is the verb. 🇺🇸 Meanwhile, in American English "practice" is used as both... *You will never see the word "practise" with an S in the US.
You should use practise when you're using the verb (that is, the 'doing' word), and practice for the noun (or 'thing' word).
