During a lesson, a teacher can pick up a student to give answers. In this way, I can find out if the student is paying attention or whether he understands the question. If he gives the wrong answer it is alright. I usually do not say that he is incorrect. I just say "can consider that, but there a more accurate answer" In this way, the student does not get embarrassed.
