As an English teacher, I've noticed that many students struggle with the intricacies of the English language. One big challenge is understanding the subtle differences between words that have similar meanings or connotations. For instance, words like "affect" and "effect" often trip up students because they look and sound alike. On top of that, English tenses can be tough for non-native speakers to master, especially when it comes to verb forms and sentence structure. But by breaking down complex ideas into smaller parts and giving students chances to practice and get feedback, I think they can build a solid English foundation.
