Hello dear teachers! I don't know how to say correctly the phrase "on my way home" or "on my way to home". Help me, please

How to say correctly "on my way home" or "on my way to home"?

'On my way home' is correct. 'On my way to my house' would make sense.

The correct way and best way to  answer this is "on my way home"

The first phrase is absolutely fine but the second one is better not use because two is incorrect part in the second formulation, it depends on the time tenses basic rules 🙏 in this case

The correct term would be "I am on my way home"

The correct way to say it is ‘on my way home’

The correct phrases is "on my way home. " On my way to home" is never used. 
If you are calling a friend then you could said " I am on my ay to your home now.' But generally speaking you would say " I am on my way home." 

The word "home" in this type of a sentence is not a noun rather an adverb of place, so it needs no preposition.
