Hi Cercodavid, Sometimes this happens, perhaps they had a emergency, however the only way to change or cancel lessons is to go through xplive support.(you will see a green icon button at he bottom of your lower right part of screen on your pc saying "need help?) Otherwise unless you have made another arrangement with the tutor to continue at another time through another format (skype, zoom, etc.) the best way is to reach out to xp customer support.
Unfortunately that's life is something like that can be happening. The same could happen to you or anybody 🙏 I'm really sorry and fell for your frustration about this, it's all kind of fixed 🙏 bless you and I hope your next lesson will be much better 💙💛 and of course it might be considered rude if person canceled the last minutes and never explained at least the reason and hasn't suggested new time for the lesson.
You can always reach out to LiveXP support, however, do not be mad at a teacher, because he or she might have had an emergency. If it happens more than once, you can always change the teacher. Keep learning and growing. ^^

Hi David, That is inconsiderate/rude of them unless they had a genuine emergency. Contact XP support and if it happens again you should change tutors to someone more reliable.
