That's why teachers exist, this is the art of teaching students with different and various knowledges at the same time. As you may benefit from this that you can exchange these information and different knowledges between students, as the first student might know something but the second one doesn't and vice versa, and here you can teach them things from their own between them. In addition, this might evoke some ideas that didn't came on your mind (I mean they would suggest things) for each other and for you (things new for them) as to teach them these things. I hope I've answered your question.
Once you know your students it is easier to have differentiation in your lesson every student is accommodated.
I can make sure that they learn from each other. Those who understand can assist others to understand from their own perspective.

Hi, This is part of the teacher's job, dealing with students with different levels of knowledge. I would test them all, with many different topics filling their gaps as much as possible. Best regards

You take separate time with each student. For example during class projects you can pull aside each student one by one to work with them separately.

Very observingly. Then tailor each step precisely for the individuals.
Meet the needs of their individual differences while learning, and prepare materials, and teaching media that serve their interests.
Ask them questions individually depending on their knowledge to give them a chance to speak.
Learning from their friends will go a great way in helping them understand and getting to the same level of understanding then I'll pick it up from there.
As a qualified teacher, you can do it easily. You can divide them into groups in various levels to help each other. You can give them an interesting topic to make piece of writing about it. You can help them by making discussion at first and let them come their ideas out. Help them brain storming their ideas and share them together. The teacher should get around the groups to help them and check their work. Encourage students even they make mistakes. Correct the mistakes later in a good way.
