For an elderly person in Chinese, a warm and respectful "您好 (nin hao) works like a charm. Nin - 2nd tone Hao - 3rd tone Hope it helps :)
祝福他或她长寿可以说“寿比南山”,祝福他们做事顺利可以说“万事如意”,祝福他们生意好可以说“生意兴隆”
In Chinese culture, you can use "您"(nin second tone) to address someone who is older than you, or to express respect for the other person. "您" is equivalent to "你(ni third tone)" (In English they are all represented by "you"), but "您" is the honorific title of "你".
So normally, when you see someone around 40-50 years old, you call them 阿姨 “a yi” (means aunt) or 叔叔 “shu shu” (means uncle); but if they are over 60 years old, you call them 奶奶 “nai nai” (means grandma) or 爷爷 “ye ye” (means grandpa). But of course people would love to hear when you call them younger than their actual age, like it’s always fine to call an old grandma 阿姨,and she’ll be very happy.
In Chinese culture, it is important to show respect to elders . The proper way to great an elderly person in Chinese would be to use the honorific title "老师傅”when addressing them. You can also use "阿姨” or “叔叔” if they are slightly younger or of a similar age as your parents.
在什么情境下遇到? 如果是日常生活中,就是称呼爷爷,奶奶,偏小一点成为叔叔,阿姨 如果在工作中称呼前辈 In what context did you encounter it? If it is in daily life, it is called grandpa or grandma, and if you are younger, you will become uncle or aunt If addressing seniors in work
A simple, soft handshake, a smile, and a friendly ''nin hao' to greet older Chinese people) will often suffice.
We need to be polite when greeting old people,we usually say 您好,In fact, many old people do not care too much about the way you greet, as long as you take out your enthusiasm, the old people will be very happy
