Nosy” is the most common form in both American English or British English, but “nosey” is still correct, though less common. When a word ends on a silent “e,” we generally drop the “e” before adding a suffix that starts with a vowel, but we keep it when adding one with a consonant.
Nosey is British English and nosy is American English. Both are correct.
Hello there are quite a few people that use commonly nosey even though the correct spelling is nosy
If you are talking about the spelling of "nosy*" and "nosey" both of them are correct. Nosy is the most used word than nosey, it means when someone can't mind their business and constantly get into other people's business when they shouldn't
Hi, in general it means : Someone that has a hard time minding their own business and are getting into other people's business when they shouldn't. Someone is being nosy.
