The best way to improve English conversation is to speak to someone who speaks English on a daily basis. You can also watch movies to listen to the pronunciation. If you are an older person (University level and above) Literature stories are a good source of vocabulary used in their conversation. You may want to practice your speech by looking in the mirror as well. Reading is one good way however, it is better to listen to the story as you will learn the correct pronunciation of the words. Especially if they use French words or names like Francoise (pronounced as Franswah)

Well you have to immerse yourself in English language that is to listen, read, watch everything in English. You got to forget about your native language for a while. Start with watching TV series, like sitcoms, they use authentic language and will be quite useful for passive learning. Read books that are written in easily understandable language, believe me there are plenty. And well ofc have someone to talk in English. Practice makes it better😇I hope this will help.
