Ok you have to choose an option but for what ? Isn't there any statement?

Without proper context, this is hard to answer because both A and B1 are correct. B2 is also correct, but we beed more information here. If this is the actual question, it is not a good question.

Hi Abbas! I would say A. With fever we usually just say "to have fever", not "a fever". Also, should doesn't sound so natural to me using it with "you" in a question. I would say "What can you do?" . I hope this helps!
