Their is a possessive pronoun that is used to indicate ownership by a group of people. For example, - The students forgot their books. There, on the other hand, is an adverb used to indicate a place or location. For example, - The store is over there.
"Their" is the possessive form of a third person, meaning belonging to. example " I didn't know that it was their bags".... while "there" is the common use for example "Look over there"
"Their" is a possessive adjective that means belonging to them. "There" means "in that place" or "at that point". They have close pronunciations.
