In my classes, I make sure my students understand the underlying logic of the language, rather than simply reciting knowledge. Only by understanding the logic behind each language point can students learn by examples, master more knowledge in the shortest time, thus improve their learning efficiency. Memorizing will only give students a limited memory, but not the ability to truly understand and use the Chinese language.
