Hi everyone I'm from a small town called Dundee, South Africa. I'm 31 and full of adventure. I love teaching love outdoors and sports. I am currently teaching the best subject at my local school, yes ENGLISH. I am a very energetic passionate person. I always achieve my goals no matter what. I am a hard worker and have a never-give-up attitude. I am easy to talk to and fun to be around. I am a family man with three kids who speak English so you know I can teach your kids. I teach in my local school, Sarel Colliers High School. Our school is a public school and is mixed boys and girls. I began teaching in 2019. I have taught all age groups ranging from 13 to 20 years old. I have taught all grades from grade 8 to grade 12(standard 6 to 10). The learners we teach come from all over the area a lot from rural poor areas where English is not their first language and so many speak Zulu at home. However, with such disadvantages, I manage to make sure my learners receive up to standard English lessons improving each day at a time. My lessons are very interactive and hands-on. I have ADHD so I am constantly active. Some might see it as a disadvantage however I use it to my advantage as I get my learners actively involved during the lesson and get them to participate as well. I try to understand my learners and what level they are on...English wise. I then try and adapt myself to be on that same level and teach so that nothing is misunderstood or left unanswered. Each learner is different so adapting to different levels has become easy. My learners can experience excellent English lessons that go according to their pace. They can expect lessons that are clear and fluent and most importantly understandable and easy. My lessons are fun and exciting and learning new things will become a norm every day.
