Varun Franklin

My name is Varun I have grown up in the South of France and grown-up speaking English. I have passed the International baccalaureat and so studied a lot of English literature and classics. I have always read a lot, and enjoy increasing my verbal intelligence, I am originally from India and so I'm naturally culturally inclined to be studious and engage in activities such as chess and billiards:-) I also love my hobbies, which include salsa dancing, martial arts, music and more. I feel that relationships are what bring happiness in life, and I love relating and connecting with other people. I'm always open to learning more and interested in how other people view the world. My teaching style is fun flexible and adapted to what the student needs. I focus on tailoring the course material to the actual real-time needs after students and what they need to improve be at grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation or anything I am passionate about people learning and teaching, human development and the best methodologies for teaching. I know everybody is unique and different and has a different learning style, people may want to improve their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversational English, past exams or tests, move abroad or have any number of motivations for improving their English. Each case is different, I understand this and can make a tailored plan that will guarantee you get better with practice and have fun in the process. A focus on practical use of the language, discussing topics the person is interested in, and making it an integral part of their life and not just a one hour lesson where they come to 'work' and then forget about what they learnt.
