My name is teacher Josh. I love to teach English and use music as a way to make learning fun and engaging. I was a professional musician and song writer for five years before I found my passion for online English teaching and I have never looked back. I love learning new and interesting facts and love to share my knowledge with my students. For instance, did you know how the season called “Fall” got its name? In Fall, all the leaves turn red and yellow and fall off the trees and that is why it is called Fall. I love to learn about my students and what interests them. This allows me to adapt my lessons to each students’ specific interests. My hobbies include music, dancing, singing, tennis, badminton, animals and, most importantly, meeting new people. So why don’t you come and learn English with me and let’s continue this journey together. I worked as a teachers assistant at a school for special needs children. After this, I started working at a private school where I worked as a live-in teachers assistant. At the beginning of 2021, I started working for online as an English teacher and I f I teach McGraw WonderSkills, Disney world of English, PM lessons and much more. The most important thing in my classroom is that each student I teach, feels comfortable to make mistakes. The only way we can learn is by making mistakes and learning from them. I focus on sentence construction and always ask my students to speak in full sentences. I always ask my students to slow down when reading or speaking so that we can correct the small errors. Its not about getting through the work, but rather understanding what you are learning and enjoying it. Each student is different and has different needs, so I like plan and prepare my lessons specifically for each student.
