I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my introduction. I am an experienced Mandarin and English tutor with university bachelor and master degrees. I have many years of experiences in teaching/language teaching to both children and adults. I am a native Mandarin speaker and I reside in Australia thus I’m bilingual and fluent in both Mandarin and English ^_^ My undergraduate and postgraduate degrees has prepared me a variety of practical and technical skills which equipped me the capabilities such as processing, research and preparation. Then through my years of day to day teaching experiences, I widely exten I have empathy, patience, engagement, active listening, respectful attitude, and I continuously evaluate what's working for my students. And I poss a well-grounded knowledge of the content areas that are central to the teaching. Nonetheless, I like making every effort to make language learning fun and keen to spread positivity. I tailor my classes to each of my students base on their goals, interests and language levels, to engage with them in collaborative cycles of learning and to bring out the best in them. My classroom is effective, positive and student-centred. I also like to extend my teaching though intentional teaching strategies, culture and glossary learning activities and high quality documentation. I'm specialised in teaching students with all language levels- from beginner, intermediate to advanced. I teach all areas including basic vocabulary, pronunciation as well as advanced gramma, reading and writing.
