I am originally from the Seattle, WA USA. I have lived in Los Angles, CA and Atlanta, GA. I have 25 years' experience in sales, marketing and training in the automotive industry. My job responsibilities required travel throughout the 50 states of the US, Canada, Mexico and countries in Europe. After my 15-year career as a "traveling businessman", I took a position as a Chair/Instructor at a community college in the state of Texas, USA. I chaired and direct over the Industrial Programs. Both for incoming college students and Dual Credit High School students. Because this college was located in Texas, many of our students were of Mexican descent. Therefore, for these students to be able to communicate; read shop manuals and comprehend the training videos English Skills were imperative. I was personally involved in teaching the classes we provides as English as a 2nd language. I enjoy music concerts, fine dinning, fishing, reading & muscle car restoration. I deliver an informal teaching style that puts the students at easy. I attempt to establish an one on one relationship with each student. I use all methods such as CLT, TBLT, CLIL and the 5 P's. I will provide all study materials, practice tests (both written and video) and practice test for final exams. TOEFL test preparation can also be arranged.
