Relebohile Mashoai

I am Relebohile, from Lesotho the most beautiful country in the Southern Africa. I am 30 years old. I spend my spare time reading, traveling, watching TV and socializing. I am a hardworking and driven individual who isn't afraid to face challenges. I am passionate about my teaching and I know how to get the job done. I am a patient and kind teacher who doesn't believe in misleading students and try to be fair in everything I do. I am known to be detail-oriented, well organized teacher. I never miss my lessons and I am a good communicator, I can jungle many tasks at the same time. I am a certified ESL teacher with over 4years of experience. I hold a TEFL Certificate and a Diploma in Education Primary. I teach children and adults helping them to improve their conversational skills, business English and preparing for examinations. I teach what my student wants to learn, my lessons are fully tailored to my student's objectives and goals. I help my students with formal grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation of English. I also help them to gain confidence in using language to communicate clearly. I have flexible styles of teaching that caters to all students and abilities. I am a high-achieving teacher, for example, in my role, I managed to turn around an underperforming class. As an EFL teacher, I use range of coursebooks and materials, along with variety of audiovisual aids to encourage students to communicate with each other using the structures and vocabulary they’ve learnt and to improve the 4 basic language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. A strong emphasis is placed on dialogue and role-playing, but more formal exercises, language games and literature are also used. In my lessons I help students to find information more easily by sharing my screen. I use different teaching props to demonstrate and whiteboard when dealing with writing. I provide constructive and immediate feedback, helping students identify areas of growth while celebrating their success.
