Ratang Serumola

Hello there! I am Ratang Serumola from Botswana in Southern Africa, I am 28 years old and passionate about teaching. I am currently pursuing a diploma in primary education but before that I managed to obtain a TEFL certificate. I am down to earth, patient with students and always ready to help with anything English related. As I have already mentioned, I have a TEFL certificate which I obtained in September 2023, I have always excelled in English in School, even my major subject in College is English so I decided to come to this platform in order to put my skills to good use. I have worked as a pre-school teacher for 2 years in Botswana so I am currently looking for an opportunity to upgrade my career. My students can expect to have fun while learning, I believe that this is what will help them remember what they have learnt, I am not a strict teacher but rather one who is young at heart. In terms of my teaching approach, I firstly would like to know what I am dealing with through having a conversation with the student in order to establish which level they are at so that I tailor make my lessons for them and address their needs. I also make use of various teaching aids especially for kids.
