A pharmacist keen on languages: that's who I am. My name is Rania and I'm from Lebanon.
After having run my own pharmacy for several years, I worked as a medical representative in charge of promoting products to customers. This position helped me to improve my ability to prepare and give lectures to healthcare professionals.
Furthermore, I had written articles for a monthly magazine that covers health and wellness topics.
My interest in languages had its impact on my new career choice: I took advantage of my writing skills to invest myself in the translation industry. Working as a remote part time translator (English- French- Arabic) granted me very good feedbacks from customers.

I teach Arabic (Standard known as fusha and/or Levantine) for beginners, intermediate or advanced learners of all ages.
Together we will learn the basics of the Arabic language and much more.
As beginners, we will start by learning the alphabet, simple words, everyday useful phrases (greetings,...), and of course proper pronunciation.
As we go along, we will expand our vocabulary, learn new expressions and master the sentence structures, without neglecting grammar and conjugation (in an easy simple way).
With me you will be able to read, understand, speak and write in Arabic in a relatively short time.
Are you specially interested by conversation practice? Let's select a topic and start chatting!
Regarding the teaching material, it includes but is not limited to word files, images, charts, PowerPoint presentations, homework assignments and quizzes.
As far as teaching style is concerned, it's student-centered style, focused on the needs and interests of every learner.
