Rakelly Strydom

Hello everyone, My name is Rakelly, but you can call me Kelly. I am from the friendly city of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. I am a native English speaker and would love to learn Spanish or Japanese as a third language. I am a mom of a beautiful little girl and I have a Diploma in Graphic Design with many years of working experience in Advertising and Print industries. I recently obtained my 120 Hour TEFL Certification and I am ready to take on my new career in full force and excitement. Reason for my career change is for flexibility and more time to spend with my little family and at the same time to change lives and meet people from all over the world. I am a new teacher and have recently obtained my 120 Hour TEFL Certificate from TEFL Universal. So far the experience I have is teaching my 3 year old how to speak proper English and learn new words and phrases and even helping her build tiny sentences. In my classroom I will be implementing the TPR system, as I believe it will keep the learners, engaged and making learning fun and educational. We will concentrate on pronounciation, grammar, building your vocabulary and more. I want to help each of my learners reach theirs goals in learning English as a second language.
