Start testI think it depends , I love the British accent and even the country , but I prefer the weather of the U.S.::)
Australia…truly love the way they mangle English but totally understand each other.
A difficult question. Speaking of accents, of course, that's easy. England by far. To my ear English isn't English if the accent is not British. But country as such... ? I might even go for Ireland. Or Scotland (even if Scotland geopolitically isn't a country).
I visited Scotland last week- Edinburgh and Glasgow. And Scotland is becoming my favourite. I love that accent!
I love Australia. Their accent is easy to understand and life seems affordable. I also like the weather as it seems very similar to South African weather.
The only English speaking country I have visited and resided in for a long time was the United States. I liked it well enough over there, though certain things took some getting used to. I've always dreamt to visit England, the land of Austen, Shakespeare and Wodehouse!
Uk because british accent is challenging.
Although I enjoy American speech, I find British English to be more grammatically correct.
