“Speak to” is used when the two people speaking are at different levels, one is in a position of power over the other “My boss speaks to me about working late”. “Speak with” is used when the two peple are at the same levels “ I speak with my friend about our favourite actor”.
You can use them interchangeably. Speak with could mean a conversation between two individuals and speak to could be more of a one-way conversation. But most of the time I don't see people distinguishing this.
Dear Lidia speak to mean in the work speak to you re boss and speak with you re friends its more informal.

Start testSpeak to is the correct way
It depends on the context of the conversation. Speak to, refers to someone talking directly to you. While speak with, would suggest a dialogue. So, speak to would be you are listening and speak with would mean you are having a conversation with a person.
The preposition for speak can be used either way. Speaking too a person is having a conversation with someone, but the other person is the one who is listening to you while you are conversating. Where as speaking with a person means this character is also talking to you in conversation giving you replies to what you are saying. Speak to and speak with is correct and can be used interchangeably
speak to and speak with are both correct
Both “speak to” and “speak with” are correct. But it can also be interpreted in a different way “speak with” means that it’s a two way conversation e.g: A and B are talking, when “speak to” means that A is talking and B is listening. Example: “Please speak to Megan when she arrives” “Please speak with the staff about the new changes”
Both are correct... examples She speaks politely with all her students. Ge speaks to his father about his health.
Both are correct depending on how you use them. Here is the basic grammar rule 😄 1. speak to + countable noun/pronoun You should speak to you boss about this. 2. speak with + uncountable noun You should speak with confidence, you know your subject well.
