To be a good ESL / EFL teacher I think that patience and an extremely thorough knowledge of English as well as the etymology of its words are important factors, however that's not the whole story. One of the most important things that many teachers overlook is the ability to inspire the student to speak and to gently nurture their confidence. I strive to make my students feel relaxed and good about themselves when they speak and listen. When confidence meets learning, the result is a passion to master the task. That's what I do inspire passion.
I believe that the most essential aspect of teaching is to be consistent with patience towards the students and their abilities to enhance in terms of overcoming obstacles to improve their language skills. And I teach with consistency and motivate my students to practice and develop their communication skills.
I believe that I am a very patient and persistent teacher. I feel that practice and repetition is important in improving language skills and it takes time and meticulous effort, which is where I believe that qualities of patience and persistence is essential and that is the kind of teacher I believe I am.

I find myself constantly evolving materials and resources but my character and style doesn’t change too much. I have to do this because I teach so many lessons per week - I would probably get very bored if I wasn’t always looking for new inspiration and topics to discuss

Yes, I believe in constantly evolving with changing times. In fact teachers also learns from students and their community which helps them to re-invent their-self according to novel circumstances.
As things are getting change with time .l also prefer to accept new thing but at the same time I used my previous method because it help me to understand new things.
I opt for re-inventing myself constantly and encourage people to do the same, we were made without limitations.

Repeat the words a lot and give a context to it, plus the picture of it. Find synonyms, make the student create sentences using the new vocab and finally of they write down a story using these new words, they won't probably forget about them easily :)
