Vomiting is the ejection of contents of the stomach and upper interstine. Regurgitation is the ejection of contents of the esaphogus (the part of the alimentary canal which connects the throat to the stomach)
vomit is unique to the gastro intestinal system and regurgitate can take place in the lymph and blood vessels
