I have a virtual broom that I use to sweep away any virtual messes in our virtual classrooms. It's quite effective in keeping our digital spaces tidy. I teach online only. ;-)
Always pick up a piece of paper or anything lying around on the school play ground or class room . It helps the workers and also helps to keep your own environment neet and tidy .

I make sure the room is swept, wiped and chairs are arranged accordingly. So that the next day students will feel comfortable during class time.
When I was teaching art I cleaned the tables with an antibacterial spray and also cleaned out the sink, but the custodians sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors, thank goodness.

I make sure that everything within view of my webcam is neat and tidy (because I currently only teach online); sometimes I'll add a poster on the wall behind me to attract the student's curiosity.
Hello! Here in the Philippines, we always make sure that school premises should be clean by the school staffs, and we make sure that we double checked before we leave.
After every school day I'd make sure that the school staff in charge of cleaning clean up the school. I'd also implement three recycle bins in the school, one for plastic, one for glass and one for paper.
I like to keep the place where I am clean, I organize my material and to make sure that the classroom is clean I verify if my students didn't throw any paper around.
I make sure every morning I clean up my classroom. I personally do not like clutter. I like my classroom clean so I am organized and ready to give my students my full attention.
