I want to believe it will be an extreme challenge but the better way is to see what the stundent interests are,then youtube video suggestions will be a must as a way to work on the stundent improcement

Use a lot of visual aids, gestures, and real-life objects to help convey meanings. Start with teaching very basic, essential vocabulary words. Use flashcards and repeat the words regularly to reinforce learning. Also Teach English phrases and vocabulary related to daily activities and common situations, such as greetings, family, food, and numbers. Engage in interactive activities like role-playing, games, and hands-on projects that encourage verbal communication and language use. 5. This is the important one: Total Physical Response (TPR), TPR is a teaching method where students respond physically to language input. For example, you say a simple command like "Stand up," and the student acts it out.

  • I have had a Chinese student like that. I think what helps is talking about their interests. My student particularly liked sports so he was able to grow his vocabulary in that area first. It made him passionate about English and speaking it.

  • I personally will begin by teaching the student the very basics like learning self introduction, learn how to say Hello and Good morning as a basis to continue a fluent conversation , learning word pronunciation and even the alphabets so that they can learn the correct way to pronounce words, get to know alphabet sounds. Also lots of listening and repetition and using pictures to help my students understand what the word means .With patience and lots of reading materials like short stories at beginner level and podcasts where you repeat what you hear you should soon be able to master the art of speaking in English. I will also speak slower than normal at a pace that enables my student to watch and hear how i pronounce each word clearly and audible. The greatest secret will always be repeat everything you hear at least 3 times so as to not forget. Practice writing short and easy sentences for daily communication starting with the basic vocabulary and learn grammar at the same time.
