For learning, you have to follow the advice below that I already did for another language:

1. Learn basic vocabulary and sentences, it will help you to build your foundation in English,

2. Listen some short audio sentences with the transcription. More you listen, more you will recognise some words. But you also have to search the words you don't know in your native language.

3. Read some English articles like on the mainstream news like (The Guardian or BBC) and also some independent news. It will help you to learn some new words.

4. Try to speak with some English speakers on the chat or on Linkedin or Social Media or better in the real life. It will make your English skill improve.

5. Watch some movies or videos on youtube with English subtitles. Once again, it will help to build your vocabulary and above all to improve your listening skill.

6. If can, try to see some job advertisement in English so that you will learn English words for working.
