Maybe some of them would like to learn English in a faster way... but sometimes I explain to them that it takes time to learn English and become fluent :) it's like plating a tree.. you wait for it and nurture it to grow

This type of student needs the knowledge to be conveyed to them in a way that does not feel like regular lessons or self-paced studies, etc. The objective of an entire lesson is squeezing in as much practice and knowledge humanly possible during that short period of time in order to satisfy a need for progress/learning in a specific area. But this is not how acquiring a languages work. Neither does studying every grammar rule under the moon and trying to utilize it more then your own reasoning.
They want to learn without any practice, just by enrolling the classes, which is not possible!!!

The student is eager to learn the new language, they put the efforts to learn quicker and want to excel.
You will mostly think of new ideas to keep them on track, as if one wrong move, everything will go out of place. And some of them are very much so demanding and would want you to make them fluent in just a short period of time. I had countless zero-learners before like many of us did. We all know how much time we all need to make them better English communicators.
Many of them want to speak like a native in 3 months. ))))
