There are many books that can help you improve your English reading skills, depending on your level, interests, and goals. Here are some of my personal favorites: Charlotte's Web by E.B. White. This is a classic children's book that tells the story of a friendship between a pig named Wilbur and a spider named Charlotte. It has simple and clear language, but also rich vocabulary and beautiful descriptions. It is a good book for beginners who want to enjoy a heartwarming tale. Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. This is a popular series of fantasy novels that follows the adventures of a young wizard and his friends at a school of magic. It has engaging and imaginative plots, colorful characters, and creative use of language. It is a good book for intermediate learners who want to immerse themselves in a magical world. The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger. This is a classic novel that explores the thoughts and feelings of a rebellious teenager named Holden Caulfield.

Reading is a pleasurable activity if you like the topic, so I would suggest reading a kind of book that you're interested in as well as a localization or original language book in your targeted language.
I would suggest British Council - Learn English. They have a variety of reading material for all levels which is combined with a comprehension exercise as well as explanations in regards to vocabulary. If reading a book, keep a pen and notepad ready as you read and write down the vocabulary words you don't understand. Use your dictionary to research the meaning of the words. It's a good idea to have a dedicated file or book in which you write down new vocabulary words and do revision of it from time to time which will help you to retain knowledge.
Write down new words that I discovered and search for their meaning and synonyms, do that I can be able to use them when writing or talking
I like to read a foreign language translation (in the language I am learning) of a book that I am already familiar with in English. Then I can use my background knowledge of the book to build new vocabulary and idioms in the Target language, as well as seeing lots of different sentence structures. The Harry Potter series is one I enjoyed reading again in Spanish (as a native English speaker)

What kind of method do you use to explain clearly each conditional for students? Do you provide some examples from real life and how you do it? Thank you!

The best approach is to expose students to the what conditionals are through explanation. Explain all the types of conditionals providing examples for each. Then the details of the structure of each type of conditionals would better come last, then strengthen understanding by having the student produce written and spoken language. Lastly, expose them to more reading and real life listening examples regarding this, sometimesas homework. To gauge their understanding of the structure, give fill in exercises.
