 I would recommend that you inform the support team as well as the teacher. If it continues to happen, rather book with another tutor as you are here to learn and gain knowledge. 
Mistakes happen , maybe the teacher had an emergency or confused the time. But it shouldn’t happen again. 

Let her know to reschedule the lesson or report that to the support team.
