I believe that people learn best through visual aids and so I use them whenever possible. I also like to keep my students engaged by adding some fun to my lessons, by throwing in jokes and allowing them to participate in activities. I believe that every student is unique and they all need to be taught differently. I also like to add a quiz at the end of every lesson refresh the students memory. Every student has their own preferred learning style and learns at different paces, some learn faster than others and some need more time to learn and understand what is being taught. In my opinion, it is the teacher's responsibility to understand and adapt to the student's needs and preferences and tailor their teaching style to help the student maximize their learning ability.
