Rewarding System and most importantly I use positive reinforcement to boost their interest.
I plan the lesson in such a way that the student doesn't notice that they are learning. It is only at the end of the lesson when I tell the student what they have managed to do, that they realise what has been covered and achieved. I also instruct them to watch the video of their first lesson so they can actually see how far they come. If lessons are a box ticking exercise the student will become passive and start to study English, not learn it. When students see their real progress and start to enjoy English then the thirst do more becomes greater. Like what you have just read? why not book a trial lesson!

becoming their role model being free with praise and constructive in criticism setting realistic performance goals Giving students a sense of control
I would set goals for each lesson and give positive feedback when the goals have been achieved. I would use rewards and incentives to motivate students, like giving small prizes for completing assignments or reaching certain milestones. I believe its also important to make the lessons fun and engaging so that students stay motivated and interested.
I encourage students by explaining to them the advantages of learning the Language.
I am interested please, thank you.
Motivation depends on the students age, what works for a young learner may not for an adult learner. Students can be motivated by the following: *Trigger their interest in the subject. *Include fun activities, games, storytime and roleplay during lessons and make it interactive. * Use real life experience they are familiar with. * Affirm and celebrate little effort,or progress made.
