The word hear is related to sound, on the other hand, the word here is related to a place.So ,here ,the word hear will be applied.

After modal verbs such as can main verb must be used so heat is the correct answer and option A is an adverb 🙂

The correct answer is "here". It is related to the sense of hearing, and it means you are able to perceive and understand the sounds or words that the other person is speaking to you. On the other hand, "here" refers to a location or position, not the act of perceiving sound.
