Rewards motivate and encourage students to learn in real life classes, but online what are the ways you reward your student for learning fast or carrying out a difficult tasks?

If your students are young learners, you can make a reward chart, write their names, and when you wanted to encourage them, draw stars, hearts, or these kinds of things for them. If they're adults or even teenagers, ask them what would be encouraging for them, and use that.
Verbal encouragement for adults or treating them to a 2 mins rest or 2 mins discussion which is not related to the lessonšstars and hearts for kidsš
As a tutor, discuss an appropriate reward system that will earn a reward. Example, a gold star for every correct answer, and when they achieve say, 25 stars in a month, they get a day to watch a video instead of learning, or take a day off, there are so many reward systems. Try and google some
