A helpful tip would be to ask the help chat to review your video if you can’t seem to find something wrong with it. It would also be beneficial to change your video form time to time because you grow as a teacher and the more you grow the more you change and become more confident in your abilities.

I think it depends on two factors. First, the date. If it has been some time and, let's say, you got used to the camera more, then it might be useful to renew your video. Furthermore, there's a chance that you've changed your approach to teaching and might want to present yourself and tour skills differently. Then, again, you should consider updating your intro video.

Seriously now, maybe whenever you have new achievements, you sensed you have made some progress in general in any area, especially the ones regarding your own image, because you'll probably be able to make better and more convincing videos.

The first thing to do when teaching conditionals would be to explain what conditionals are, then provide them with examples, then play a game where they need to identify the conditional, and finally have them create their own to see if they understood it
