I mean, pronunciation wise it is not the easiest task for newbies. It has some tough sounds. What is really nice about Dutch however, is that there are certain words(loanwords) or phrases similar or basically the same in English. It also has a similar grammar structure. Eventhough, I love foreign languages, I feel if you are decent at English, then learning Dutch compared to some of the other Germanic and Romance languages, is a piece of cake. To each their own though.

  • Pronunciation may be a bit challenging in the beginning, but the grammar is not the most difficult if you compare to other languages (like Slavic languages). However, I think it is more difficult to learn than Spanish or Italian. It all depends on the languages you already know. If you speak English already, it is a bit easier to learn. It is also an advantage if you already speak some German or Swedish.

  • Learning Dutch can vary in difficulty depending on your native language and language learning experience. For English speakers, it is considered moderately challenging due to grammar and pronunciation differences. With dedication,
