try googling "decrease size of video online", upload the video to a free service and decrease size. 
Otherwise you can try to change format and see if that works.

Hello, it is my honor to introduce myself to you. My name is Xin and I want to help you improve your Mandarin! I am a native Mandarin speaker from China who can speak English and I know a little Cantonese. I could teach you Mandarin as it is the language of government and education and teach you both simplified and traditional Chinese characters. 

I work with secondary school kids everyday at school and am happy to teach children or adults. For children learning Mandarin, I would introduce stories and pictures in my class. For the HSK exam, I teach up to and including level 6.

I earned my CELT-P certification while working for the school as a teaching assistant. I passed the teaching practice in our school and I gained experience with primary school students.

I worked for the St. Regis Tianjin Hotel as a telephone operator, and for my next job, I worked at a charity to help orphans in China. From a young age, I also fostered a love of writing, and have had articles published in our local Tianjin newspaper "Holiday 100" from middle school to university.

I think this experience will help me teach business Chinese.

Everyone is different, so I want to know more about you. In particular, why you're learning Mandarin, what your level is, what you struggle with and how I can help you. I find grammar-heavy teaching methods ineffective - there is more to language learning than memorizing grammar rules! My favorite way to learn a language is by conversation and so I would love to chat with students about their interests and hobbies as well as what's going on in the world. Most of my lessons are conversation-based, but we can focus on anything you like. It just depends on your schedules and goals of learning Mandarin. 

For advanced students, we can read news articles and real media written for native speakers. Also, I could give you homework if that is something you would like me to do. Besides learning languages, I like East Asian History, especially Chinese poetry and Ming-Qing fiction which may also help you learn Mandarin.

I mainly focus on listening and speaking skills: conversation, role play, use of audio files. I usually give tips on how to understand the language better. I use different techniques to meet the different needs of my students. This way my students will have a working knowledge of the language so that they can communicate with each other.
