How to write “happen” in the past tense? Is it happened or happend?
Hello everyone! Hope someone can answer my question. I really don’t like reading long grammar articles with all those rules and exceptions. So, could anyone clarify what is the past tense form for “happen”? Is it “happened” or “happend”?

Hello it is happened in the past tense thank you
For the past tense you can use happened.
The correct answer is "happened". If verbs such as happen, look, cook, help end in consonant letters such as "n" or "k" or "p" always add -ed at the end of the consonant letters so as to turn the verb into the past tense. Please let me know if this explanation assisted you.
