  • Firstly , you can use any thing you see around you then make sure you try to get the english name of whatever is around you.. Your vocabulary will start to grow. Then translate greetings from your laungage to english and also words used when asking in english and also joining words. With that you will be able to understand and construct your own sentences. Then upgrade to reading and listening.

  • What you should "learn for a good job" very much depends on what you consider a good job as not every job has the same demands. But learning a new language doesn't happen overnight. It takes time and it takes effort. And it takes patience. Set aside some time EVERY day for some practice. Either speak with someone, or try to listen to materials recorded in English, or read as much in English as you possibly can... (writing will obviously come later, after you have mastered reading some). Or find a tutor who can help you with all of that. And... just don't give up.
