How interested are you in improving quickly? Do you prefer lessons to be easy, fun or efficient?
I always prioritize make a lesson easy to understand even though some topics are quite complex and to get a student to the class of semi-fluent or very fluent quickly. Alot of lesson can be fun but they are just always filled to the brim with learning.

You want to have the desired outcomes that makes your student efficient during the lesson, add some fun, try easy and difficult, alternatively, this will also measure the students efficiency

To put it simply, you remember more with emosions. You will remember more from your times at the beach or at a theme park than you did during a tense exam as an example. Integrating fun exercises in your lessons will be more effective and effecient than a class with strict rules resulting in desired outcomes and students remembering more as it will be linked to a enjoyable memory.
I would prefer a fun and effective lesson. I believe when the lesson is fun it is easy for students to remember what they have learned.
