Yes! It is effective and it has an impact
Yes! In fact, it's the most useful with them because they can guess the meaning of the words through the TPR (or pantomime or funny movements.) And then, later on, they will be able to attach meaning to those words. I would say it's more important with younger students / less English knowledge, but it's equally important for older / experienced students, too. :-)
