In motivating a learners takes time. By helping a learners to learn is another of motivating them. By giving a positive feedback with their works helps them to boosts theri confidence. Allowing them to enjoy the lesson will motivate to learn and focus on the learning process. Another way to motivate a learners is by integrating a strategies and techniques allowing our learners to build a strong partnership to every individual. It helps them to be more interested in the discipline that need to address on the learning process.
I like to motivate my students by listing all the ways they have improved during our sessions as well as asking them what problem areas they would like to focus on. When I notice a student of mine that does not like to learn a particular topic, I try and find different ways to teach them so it can be more fun for them and raise their spirits.

You can motivate your student by giving them stickers during the lesson, extend free time during a lesson by 2-5 min, write an appraisal when reporting on the student and tell the student when they are doing good work

I motivate them by giving them feedback on where are they good at. Also, facial expressions could also help so the students feel that they are doing a great job.
