I try to relate with them and make a comfortable environment. Patience is the key! Especially with kids and for the adults I try to indulge them with cultural and traditional talks which excite them too!
Urdu is considered the sweetest language in Pakistan due to its melodious sound and rich heritage. I found Urdu best in terms of expression of feelings.if U want to enjoy its beauty and charm,then don't miss this chance.

Be polite, helpful , caring and make them feel that you are connected to them and understand their emotions and feelings. That whatever you provide to them they will happily accept it. It is my own point of view.
