We can create professional learning networks using social media platforms or specialized online communities. These networks can consist a select of group of teachers who share similar interests or teaching context. Teachers can exchange ideas, share resources , and support each others professional development.

I like the idea of having a facebook group for all teachers in Live XP :)
I think sharing ideas on how to conduct lessons, asking for advice on how to make shy students to talk more in class. All in all Bieng positive towards each other and helping each other would make us the best teachers.
Ask if you don’t understand, I have gotten to realise that this community of teachers are a family, there are those who have been on this platform for quite some time and are willing to help just reach out and help will eventually come your way.
The most important thing is replacing competition with cooperation. A lot of mediums are available but the core of it all is symbiotic relationships. ❤️
I find articles on Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram. If you look for teaching groups on there, they're pretty easy to find. Good Luck to you

This is a wonderful question, in my opinion LiveXP should create a group on Telegram, and ask teachers to join it. Then, we can be in touch with each other more and learn from each other's experience.
