I would highly suggest getting a TEFL certification because this not only shows you the way forward but makes you shine compared to those without it. Then just Google search "top paying teaching English online companies" , register with them and you're set and ready to go!
Beyond the initial registration process you need to be able to recruit students with a strong profile and start with offering really good trial lessons, i recommend a powerpoint with an introduction for yourself, introduction about them - ask their goals for language learning etc. and then a sample lesson and if you have any previous information such as they would like to improve pronunciation its a good idea to prep your sample lesson on this to increase interest and give the client what they are hoping for
