Me time: time spent relaxing on your own instead of doing other things. my time: the time a person has to himself/herself in which to do something for his or her own enjoyment.
me-time is used as a noun -meaning time spent with yourself. Sometimes they have the same meaning. For example, I need some me-time because I am always busy with my children. I need to spend my time doing something else because I am always busy with my children. my time is the time you take to do something. For example: Yesterday, I spent my time reading books.
Me time is time spent on yourself, doing things for yourself. My time and me time are more or less the same.
