Me time: time spent relaxing on your own instead of doing other things. my time: the time a person has to himself/herself in which to do something for his or her own enjoyment.
me-time is used as a noun -meaning time spent with yourself. Sometimes they have the same meaning. For example, I need some me-time because I am always busy with my children. I need to spend my time doing something else because I am always busy with my children. my time is the time you take to do something. For example: Yesterday, I spent my time reading books.
Me time is time spent on yourself, doing things for yourself. My time and me time are more or less the same.

Me-time is something like a vacation, something special just for the individual. My time is a general statement it means anything you can do in "your" time work can be part of my time, but me-time implies relaxing.
Me time: this is the time spent on yourself. Usually used to refer to one’s free time. My time: this is the time spent on doing something that you enjoy.
Me time is the wrong word to use you should use my time instead.... Which means the time that one spends focusing on himself/herself doing the things they want
