One of the methods l use is FACILITATOR METHOD. l have found it useful because it is more of student-centered form of learning. It is inquiry-based learning where a learner learn by asking questions and discussing real-world language case studies. l also use DELEGATOR method where sometimes l come in as an observer in the learning environment. Learning sections are delegated to individual learners and l come in to politely correct any concept that has been misinterpreted by the learner. DEMONSTRATOR METHOD is also another method which l employ in teaching. l demonstrate a concept to bring it home. When handling a large group l also use LECTURE METHOD. This is effective in college student especially when  l want to deliver a concept to a very large group.
