Exactly and wow...Those are the 2 habitual words that I use daily when communicating with people.

My habitual words are generally locally accepted words used in South Africa, such as using the Afrikaans word for yes. I’ve become more aware of those words after a student asked what a word I said meant, so I’m careful to not use those forms of habitual words while teaching. 

Just thought about it when I read your question really, and I can fairly say that I use the words (just) and (really) almost all the time.
